Happy Birthday Clapham.org
I've had the clapham.org domain name for 10 years today, perhaps I may one day get around to actually using the blogging software I've written here and do some blogging rather than just posting pictures of parrots.

Isn't she cute?
One of the many ring-necked parakeets living on Clapham Common feeding in my neighbour's garden.

Stuff I get through the door
Well, it made me laugh anyway - a tree didn't die in vain.

And before Ben & Jerry's
The Toast festival is returning to Clapham Common for the first time since 2005 on the last weekend in June.
There's going to be international polo in association with Ascot Park Polo Club, wine tasting, live music and Aussie, Kiwi and South African food. The festival is split into three days, with South Africa being on Friday the 26th, New Zealand on the Saturday and Australia on the Sunday.
Once again Clapham will be buzzing with a party-like atmosphere for the whole weekend, I can't wait.

Ben & Jerry?s Sundae On the Common
The music festival is now in its fifth year and will be held on the weekend of July 25th and 26th. According to Music Week booked so far are Camera Obscura and I Am Kloot.
This year there will also be a chance for an unsigned band to win a slot on the main stage, the prize includes travel, accommodation and 20 free VIP tickets, details are here.
I'm looking forward to this, I love the party atmosphere in Clapham when these festivals are on, let's hope the Clapham Society can keep there noses out and stop whingeing about the noise.
